Delivery Times
Delivery time consists of processing time and shipping time. Example: processing time 3 days, shipping time 2 days = you will receive your items in 5 days.
Processing your order takes 2–4 business days. Depending on the item, processing times may vary. During processing, we carry out quality checks to ensure that all items meet our high standards. If an item does not meet our quality requirements, processing may take longer as it will need to be reproduced.

_Germany & Austria: 1–3 business days
_Switzerland & EU: 3–5 business days
_USA: 7–10 business days
Please note that delays may occur with shipping providers due to unforeseen circumstances.

Germany & Austria: Free shipping
Switzerland & EU: Flat rate of 9 CHF/EUR, free from 75 CHF/EUR
USA: Flat rate of 15 USD
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. You will see the exact shipping costs before entering your payment details and confirming your order. We ship with various delivery partners to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery.
Customs Fees
For deliveries outside the EU, especially to Switzerland and the USA, additional import duties, taxes, customs charges, or handling fees may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon import or delivery.
The amount of these charges varies depending on the destination country and order value. As we have no control over these fees, we are unable to calculate them in advance. Please check with your local customs or tax authorities for information about possible additional charges.
Important Shipping Information
Please make sure your address is entered correctly. Although we use systems to standardize addresses, please ensure that any house, apartment, or unit number is included where applicable. Incomplete address details may delay delivery of your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect address information. Tracking
All shipments include real-time tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped. If you do not see the shipping confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can also track your package in your customer account.

1. Can I cancel or change an order after it has been placed?
Delivering your order quickly and correctly is our top priority. Once you place an order, the shipping process begins immediately, and we are no longer able to make changes or cancellations. 2. Why was my package returned to the sender?
Packages may be returned for various reasons:
_Incorrect address
_Unclaimed package
_Delivery service unable to access the address
_Too many failed delivery attempts
3. Marked as delivered, but not received
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the package was delivered to your order address, but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. The carrier decides whether it is safe to leave the package there. If not, it may be held at a local post office or a new delivery attempt may be arranged.
We recommend providing a shipping address where you or someone else is available to receive the package, such as a work address or a friend’s address.
